Theorpus Oates

Theorpus Oates retired in 2021 but chose to rejoin the workforce in 2024. He now volunteers at REBOUND Inc. through the Urban Seniors Jobs Program as part of his training assignment.

Bringing a wealth of experience, Mr. Oates assists with daily custodial tasks and facility upkeep. His diverse skill set includes maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, inspections, and home renovations.

With his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Mr. Oates remains an inspiration to everyone at REBOUND Inc.
