Michael Gardner

Michael Gardner joined REBOUND Inc., in February 2021. Mr. Gardner comes to REBOUND with an extensive background in non-profit affordable housing and community development work. As the Housing Production Director, Mr. Gardner is responsible for developing and implementing housing production programs that improve access to affordable housing, reuse of abandoned properties, in-fill new construction, and neighborhood revitalization.  

Before joining REBOUND, Michael served as the Director of Single-Family Development at The Housing Partnership, Inc.  Mr. Gardner is a graduate of the University of Louisville and holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning (2010). Michael joined Underhill Associates in May 2019 as a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Kentucky.
