Her dedication to delivering exceptional customer service reflects her passion for supporting and uplifting the community. In her role at REBOUND Inc., she ensures the seamless operation of day-to-day activities, contributing to the organization's overall success.

A proud graduate of Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, Ernestine earned an Associate of Science degree in Office Administration with a specialization in Legal Secretary studies. Her commitment to community service is equally impressive, with over a decade of volunteer work for the Louisville Branch NAACP.
